WBR COORDINATOR DUTIES

The WBR history depends upon accurate Coordinator reports. Few teams in the association can boast of the extensive and comprehensive skirmish reporting that the WBR has compiled over the years. Properly executing the responsibilities of the WBR Coordinator is essential to continuing our unmatched tradition of record keeping.

Requirements of the WBR Coordinator are as follows:

• A line-up sheet will be provided to the Coordinator, this sheet needs to be filled out completely. ALL the team results, individual results, (Medal winners), and company times must be recorded.


• A listing of the Team Lineups will be provided, or a copy can be obtained from the website. On arrival at the skirmish, the list should be posted on the front entrance way and on Felter Hall. Each team captain should be provided a copy of the list as well.


• At the conclusion of the skirmish please turn the results over to the Secretary. Turn them in either on Sunday, via e-mail, or snail mail shortly after the skirmish.


• While a write-up and pictures are not necessary, they are strongly encouraged!
